OUR STORY
What started as a hobby of brewing and drinking our own beer in the basement years ago, turned into producing award winning beers, and a business venture among 4 friends.

JEDI BrewCo was founded by Justin Eilermann and Dave Imming, who both realized brewing beer together would be fun and help push their capabilities to the next level.
​
Dave brought in his neighbor and friend Steve Hutson, and Justin brought in a friend, Travis Lewis, to round out the team.
​
After giving much thought into opening a small nano-style craft brew pub, it was decided that JEDI was best suited to contract brew with a local brewing and bottling company.
​
Today, you can find us on tap, or in rotation, at 11 different bars in the Southern Illinois area or you can grab some bottles at Excel Bottling Company in Breese, Illinois. Check out our 'Contact' tab for a list of all the bars!

Dave Imming
O.G. of the brew crew and the brains behind all the science. Dave has been brewing for over 25 years and is always ensuring that Justin doesn't get too crazy with his brewing ideas.

Steve Hutson
Steve was introduced to the brewing process by his love of drinking beer and the fact that he could smell something going on across the street when Dave and Justin began brewing together at the Imming household. Steve is like the glue in arts and crafts. He holds the team together while brewing and keeps everyone on their toes.

Justin Eilermann
The True Entrepreneur of the bunch. Justin became crazed with the brewing process after college. He received a brew kit for Christmas in 2010 to get started on his brewing dreams and has been pushing the limits of JEDI BrewCo since its inception in 2014.

Travis Lewis
The businessman himself. As the owner of several businesses, Travis had his eye on JEDI BrewCo. Knowing Justin, he chatted with him about it for a bit and the rest is history.
