Gold Fusion Ale
A smooth golden ale, perfectly balanced with German Pilsner malt, a small amount of wheat, and an infusion of honey malt. It was finished with a "kiss" of orange, lemon, and lime zest. This beer provides a refreshing drink experience that can be enjoyed over and over without extreme hop bitterness or feeling full. It is unlike any craft beer on the market. It is not too hoppy, not too fruity, or high in ABV. As you sip (or gulp) our master-crafted ale, note the clarity, the body, and the balance of the malts, hops, and subtle tones of citrus that cumulates into a "fusion" of flavor.

Atomic Wit
Atomic Wit is our rendition of the Belgian White Ale (Witbier), that presents as an unfiltered wheat beer, but spiced and fermented in the Belgian tradition. This beer is brewed with oats for creaminess, and spice with Spanish sweet orange peel and cracked coriander seeds, providing subtle citrus notes. A delicate clove profile envelops initially on your palate due to the use of traditional Belgium wit yeast strains, but finishes with a clean, smooth, slightly tart taste. Spicy German Hallertau hops are added in moderation to balance the beer.

Tropical Reactor
A SMaSH beer, single malt and single hop, made of German pilsner malt and citra hops. This beer presents as a citrus dry-hopped session beer that is simple, clean, and smooth to drink with just 4 ingredients: 1 grain, 1 hop, water, and yeast.
